No you can do this routine on a padded matt on the floor

How long does it take to complete the routine?

The floor routine takes about 30-40 mins to give. When you are first learning the routine it may take up to an hour to finish from start to finish. 

Can you perform this this massage routine on it own? And would it be good with your other Kahunaman Bodywork courses?

Yes you can do the floor massage routine as a stand alone massage and stretch bodywork experience. You can also incorporate Level 1 & 2 bodywork lessons or the workshop content for a complete package. 

Do you need to have any massage experience to try the floor massage bodywork? 

No you do not need any experience at all to try this routine.
